Liberty House Apartments Completed – Access All Areas

The refurbishment of apartments at Liberty House in Hull’s Old Town is completed and the property developer Iguana Developments has confirmed that fifty per cent of the scheme has been reserved off-plan.

Home hunters will now be able to access all areas of the building, which comprises a total of twenty-five, one, two and three bedroom apartments, at their open day on Saturday 6 April 2019.

Interested buyers on the day will benefit from the extended off-plan discount prices and extras ahead of normal retail price being implemented.

Over the last year, the company has become recognised for trademark add-ons including a residents’ gym and communal cinema and the team has generated interest with a modern approach to Old Town living.

Appealing to a variety of buyers; downsizers, commuters and young professionals, all reservations have been made by people who recognise Hull’s Old Town as a unique location with sophisticated character and charm.

Jason Coleman, Managing Director of Iguana Developments says:

“We are now ready to open up the rest of the building for house buyers to drop in and view any of the apartments that are still available for sale.”

“We’ve had an excellent response to sales and I am very happy that fifty per cent of the apartments have been reserved before it is even finished. Buyer feedback confirms that our efforts to make Liberty House different has paid off. We have included many extras as standard to make the property stand out from the rest of the market. The footprint of each apartment is different; we haven’t just stacked the same thing on all floors, instead Liberty House has some split level apartments to separate the living areas from the kitchen and bathroom, pitched ceilings in the upper floors and sky-lighted corridors – none of which have been open to the public until now.”

Charlotte Colclough from William H. Brown is the selling agent for Iguana Developments. She says:

“Interest in Liberty House has been strong from the start. Not just because of its fantastic location but also the attractive add-ons that Iguana Developments is becoming known for.”

“It is an absolute delight for us as estate agents to be able to show potential buyers around Liberty House as the community feel is also very popular with buyers from all walks of life.”

“Feedback on the three initial show apartments is very positive with over half of the development being reserved prior to the project’s completion. Now we are able to show viewers the rest of the development as well as two new show flats and we don’t expect them to be available for long.”

“The building will be completely finished at the end of March and we are looking forward to giving access all areas at the open day on Saturday 6 April, where viewers can drop in any time between 11-3pm.”
