Beverley Manor Nursery is celebrating after they secured their seventh straight Outstanding Report from Ofsted.

Executive Head Teacher Karen Hunter says the report is a testament to the quality of the team at the Nursery and their commitment to Safeguarding the children who attend.

Established over 20 years ago, Beverley Manor Nursery employs 16 staff and has 74 children on their books.

To mark the occasion the children were presented with a special hat.

Speaking to HU17.net Karen said;

“We have had another outstanding Ofsted report. The staff are so wonderful here and their enthusiasm goes over and beyond. So for me, it is great that the staff have got that acknowledgement.”

“It is also very important as we do the very best for our children here.”

“Ofsted looked at everything we do here, from safeguarding to the curriculum and how our days are planned. They also looked at the building and environment to make sure our facilities are safe.”

“Their feedback about our Safeguarding was just the cherry on the cake. It is something we do on a daily basis. Particularly when we go out into the environment we always do risk assessments.”

“Before we go out we check the route for hazards in the way. We also ensure we have enough adults to children ratios and they are wearing high visibility vests.”

Parents Showed Their Support For The Outstanding Beverley Manor Nursery

“One of the things that came out with the inspection was how fantastic our parents are and how they trust us.”

“When you bring a child to nursery school all you can go is the report which is why the outstanding report is important to us.”

“One of the things the parents did was to go online and texted the inspector and with their comments which were 100pc positive. There were no negative comments what so ever.”

“We gave the children hats for protection from the sun. When the sun starts to shine we make sure all the children have hats and ask the parents to apply sunscreen.”

“Also we were able to put the logo on there and wording that says it is our Seventh outstanding Ofsted in a row.”
