Classical Number One selling soprano Rebecca Newman will present a special programme in Beverley.
It will feature her favourite operatic arias, traditional folk songs, sacred arias and songs from her childhood growing up on the coast in Devon.
Rebecca has many funny and touching stories from her unusual musical career, which has seen her perform with international tenor Joseph Callejah and stars like Aled Jones, Alfie Boe and Russell Watson.
As seen on BBC’s Songs of Praise, BBC Breakfast, ITV and Sky, and heard on BBC Radio 2, Classic FM and various regional radio stations, Rebecca’s repertoire and emotive voice will make for an unforgettable evening.
The concert is part of Classically Yours, winner of 2018 Royal Philharmonic Society Awards for Audience and Engagement.
It will take place at Toll Gavel United Church on Thursday, 7 November 2019 from 7.30pm.
Tickets cost for the concert are priced at adults £16, concessions £14 while all children under 16 can attend for FREE with a full paying adult. Additional children will be charged £6.
