Kalma Life is an award-winning business based in Beverley that provides yoga for children along with mindfulness and massage.

Winners of the ‘Most Loved Sporting Activity’ at the What’s On Awards,  Kalma Life builds a community of support through their sessions helping to educate parents on wellness.

Business owner Cassie Custus explained more about the business, she said;

“We cater for tiny babes to pre-teens and even mums-to-be. During typical Kalma Classes, you will see techniques such as yoga stretches, breathing, relaxation and visualisation.”

“These sessions help children develop the tools which are vital to helping control emotions,  stay relaxed and keep healthy.”

“We are specialists in baby yoga and massage. Creating opportunities to bond through therapeutic touch with sensory, music and songs.”

 “In our toddler sessions, we include multi-sensory yoga fun through stories and songs where toddlers are independent in mind and spirit.”

“Through positive physical interaction and engagement, our classes support body awareness and children’s development and wellbeing.”

“We also work within school and nursery settings to provide yoga and mindfulness sessions focusing on building emotional resilience in a non-competitive and inclusive learning environment.”

“Younger generations will learn to develop healthy creative mindsets along with self-awareness to cope with stresses and anxiety through yoga breathing and mindfulness.”

For the free 30 minute taster, the schools or nurseries just need to email cassie@eastyorkshire.kalmalifeuk.co.uk. You can also call on 07794 647746 to enquire about availability.
