A business that is acknowledged as an international expert in driving sustainable change will apply its talents to post-Covid transformation as part of Humber Business Week.
Agencia will present lessons learned from helping communities around the world to make the transition from reset to renewal in the face of such complex issues as pandemic diseases, terrorism, corruption, and modern slavery.
Helen Gibson, Managing Director of Agencia, will share practical examples and tips during a one-hour interactive webinar which will identify some of the risks that emerge from crises – and some of the opportunities.
Agencia has been working for more than 23 years on addressing a diverse range of challenging issues in the UK and internationally, tackling the impact on security, health, trade, governance and human rights.
Its practical activities during the pandemic have included raising awareness of Covid-related scams through its Serious Crime Directorate, and launching a support network through its Primary Care Direct Service to provide wellbeing sessions for practice managers.
In a session that is targeted at business owners and leaders who are looking for ways to increase their business resilience, Helen will explore themes around current and future leadership, team wellbeing and survivor guilt, and working differently towards new delivery models and relationships.
Helen said:
“We want to help people take a proactive approach in crucial decision making that will shape their organisation for a world beyond crisis. We’ll also look at how you can use crises as a springboard for creativity.”
Saving Lives and Livelihoods: Lessons from the Frontline for building business resilience will take place via Zoom at midday on Monday 7 June. For details and to book visit www.humberbusinessweek.co.uk
