A man has been charged with the theft of a valuable bike from Saturday Market in Beverley on Tuesday 17 August.
He was charged with theft and later released on court bail pending a later hearing.
PC Callum Cockerill, investigating, said:
“I would like to offer my thanks to everyone who responded to and shared the media appeals.”
While a person has been charged, the bike has still not been recovered, and we are still appealing for assistance in locating the distinctive bike.
We would ask that if anyone has information that could help us retrieve the bike, to contact us on our non-emergency number 101, quoting crime reference 16/82611/21.
