A brace each from Fynn Kemp and William Rawlings and a goal from Kinobi Hill helped AFC Tickton Wolves keep up their winning start to the season with a 5-1 win over Brandesburton.

Man of the match Kemp scored twice in the opening 10 minutes to put Wolves in control of the Hull & District Youth Football Under-12 Wyke match.

Hill made it 3-0 with a shot that went in off the near post after a fine solo run before Isaac Hewitt went close with a headed chance from Reuben Gore’s corner.

Rawlings came off the bench to add two more to Wolves’ total in the second half – his seventh and eighth of the season – and came close to completing a hat-trick but saw his curling left-foot shot clip the bar.

Brandesburton grew into the game and got a deserved consolation in the closing stages from an own goal following a corner kick to deny Wolves keeper Harry Cuthbert a clean sheet.

The victory means Wolves have won all four of their opening matches and left them second in the table behind Hessle Sporting Meteorites.
