Beverley based RPMS (Block Management) has a new property in its growing client portfolio this month.
The company, based at North Bar Within in Beverley, has won the contract to look after the stunning Grade Two Listed St Mary’s Manor which was sensitively transformed into apartments more than twenty years ago.
The original manor house was built in 1815 and neighbours St Mary’s Church in Beverley. Set within beautiful grounds it has been extended and converted into 40 luxury apartments with some stunning shared spaces.
Now the building, which is located in a conservation area will be managed by the expert team at RPMS who are experienced in block and facilities management as well as looking after historic and listed buildings.
The team will manage the service charge budget; organising contractors and repairs and ensure the building and grounds are well maintained throughout the year.
RPMS looks after more than 50 sites and 700 homes across the Yorkshire region, offering a range of services to ensure that residents and landlords get the best value out of their service charge budgets as well as assisting with the ground rental collection.
Looking after the maintenance and management of historic and listed buildings is an area the team specialises in, with a number of other unique buildings on the client list.
