Unleashed Events are proud to announce that they are bringing Comic-Con to Hull on 1 May.
The company, which host nationwide comic-cons, have chosen Allam Sports Centre at Hull University to host their latest pop culture event and it is going to be epic.
Hull Unleashed Comic-Con will provide TV and film guests for you to get star struck over, geeky attractions for you to interact with, artists and comic-creators for you to be inspired by, as well as numerous traders where you can purchase your classic memorabilia or the latest pop culture item.
So, no matter what your fandom is, everything from Marvel to Disney, from Star Wars to Anime, it will be covered and waiting for you. Announcements are to be made via the Hull Unleashed Comic-Con Facebook events page.

Still not sure what a comic-con is and why is it such fun?
Initially, comic-cons used to be events focusing on comic books and comic book culture. However, nowadays comic-cons cover multi-genre entertainment such as films, TV and gaming and have made being ‘geeky’ cool.
A comic-con is a brief escape from reality where pop culture, ie sci-fi, superheroes, zombies, fantasy, etc., can be experienced all in one room.
There are geeky traders selling everything from art to collectables, items that you simply will not be able to find on the high street.
People of all ages can come along in costume, maybe of their favourite film or comic book character, as it is an opportunity to show off your geeky side. Unleashed Events host nationwide comic-cons and we just get bigger and better every year.
