A popular Hull charity transforming the lives of people with brain injuries has secured a transformative makeover thanks to vehicle branding specialists Brandfixx.
P.A.U.L For Brain Recovery was just one of the dozens of nominations entered into a competition launched by Brandfixx last year to find a deserving charity to support.
After being chosen as the winner, P.A.U.L For Brain Recovery’s existing van design was overhauled in a matter of hours thanks to Brandfixx’s transformative approach to vehicle branding.
Greg Saunderson, Brandfixx managing director, led the firm’s judging panel to decide which good cause to work with.
“We were overwhelmed to see so many entries in the competition and it made choosing a winner all the more difficult,” he said.
“After much deliberation, we decided on Paul and his team for their amazing work rehabilitating and supporting people in the community with acquired brain injury. They are extremely deserving of all the support they receive and I’m proud we could do our bit to help.
“Their outreach vehicle is a vital resource for their work meaning it was important the rebrand could be done quickly to get it back out on the road. Our process is 40% quicker than traditional wrapping methods, meaning a significant time saving for them.”
Paul Spence, P.A.U.L For Brain Recovery founder, commented: “We were humbled to be nominated for Brandfixx’s charity competition and even more pleased when we heard we had won.
“Our van is paramount in helping us continue to serve our community, whether that’s transporting service users to and from sessions, or transporting equipment and participants to fundraising and awareness events. The van branding helps to raise awareness when we’re out and about, meaning more people can get the help and support they need. Thanks to Brandfixx, we’re thrilled with the new design.”
The van itself is sponsored by Walking and Talking Charity Hikes (WATCH) – a charity launched by former Hull City star Dean Windass and other former footballers to support people struggling with their mental health – and then rebranded by Brandfixx.
Brandfixx’s unique process uses a modular technique, designed, manufactured, and fitted to suit every type of vehicle.
The firm, based in Hull’s Rotterdam Road, offers a transformative approach to the vehicle branding sector. Compared to traditional vehicle wraps, Brandfixx kits offer significant cost, time and carbon-saving benefits which have already seen them win significant clients across the UK including in the LGV, HGV, and plant sectors.
