Humberside Police are appealing to the community in helping them to identify a woman. They have released a CCTV image following a theft that took place in the town.
Police say that their officers would like to speak to the lady in the picture in connection with a reported theft. This occurred at a business located in Saturday Market, Beverley on Tuesday 14 June.
They say that between 12.30pm and 1.30pm a woman reportedly withdrew £660 from a bank. Afterwards, she visited a nearby café and while she was looking in her shopping trolley for her money, she noticed that it had been taken.
Anyone who knows the lady in the photo should make contact with the police. Also if this is you, in the photo you should also contact the police.
