Come and learn about the fascinating hobby of astronomy at the Treasure House on Champney Road, Beverley, on Thursday, 1 December from 2pm to 6.30pm.
East Riding Astronomers will be on hand to meet visitors and display their exhibition, Stargazing. ERA telescopes will also be available for viewing, or they can bring their own telescope for advice.
Visitors will be able to identify stars and planets as the skies darken. You are kindly requested to arrive by 6 p.m. – the event will end promptly at 7 p.m.
Simply show up, there is no need to book.
