An experienced corporate and commercial lawyer, Luke Rees, has joined Wilkin Chapman, the largest law firm in Lincolnshire and East Yorkshire, with 18 corporate and commercial law specialists based in Grimsby, Lincoln, Beverley, and Louth.
Throughout his career, Luke has advised a variety of commercial clients regarding the sale and purchase of companies, private equity investments, corporate restructurings, shareholder agreements, and a wide range of commercial contracts.

Having worked in Lincoln for the last five years, Luke joins Wilkin Chapman’s Lincoln office, strengthening the firm’s corporate and commercial expertise in Lincolnshire and East Yorkshire.
Luke is married with a young family and he spends most of his time following his children’s various sporting endeavours, including helping out as a cricket coach.
