The 1st XI’s poor start to the season continued with a 10-wicket hammering at home to Easingwold. Alan Acklam was undefeated on 18 and Faisal Abid made 10 but the team folded without any other resistance and made only 49 runs.
Easingwold made light work of their modest target to ensure an early finish. Beverley Town Cricket Club 1st XI lost to Easingwold by 10 wickets
