Tiny Treasures at The Treasure House in Beverley are free sessions designed for under-fives to explore the themes in the museum and art gallery collections.

Each session has a different play focus with hands-on activities, including messy play, handling objects, sand and craft activities. For these Thursday afternoon sessions, which run from 1.30-2.30pm, children must be accompanied by an adult or carer.

Lucy Cooke, under-fives learning co-ordinator, said;

“We are thrilled that we can offer more Tiny Treasures sessions for the rest of 2018, with even more chances for young children to explore everything the Treasure House has to offer. We would advise all our young participants to bring a change of clothes, just in case!”

The next gathering is Thursday, 13 September- this session focuses on building. This includes lots of opportunities to build, role play, collage and more exciting activities for children.

Following each session there will be a Tiny Challenge- featuring something for all participants to go and find in the gallery spaces.

There is no need to book in advance- just turn up on the day.
