Beverley Theatre Company has announced that their Christmas Pantomine will be Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.

The ever-popular seasonal show will take place at the Beverley Memorial Hall between the 27 November and 1 December.

Featuring a cast of local amateur performers and musicians, the show is perfect for all the family.

Snow White and the Seven Dwarves is one of the most popular pantomimes of all time.  This wonderful panto has been adapted especially for the  Beverley audience.

A former member of the BMT, James Last has made it very personal and geared it directly to the local area while also playing to the strengths of the cast.

Snow White Upsets The Queen By Being The Fairest In The Land

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs tells the story of a lonely princess who lives with her stepmother who is Queen.

The Queen is so worried that the Princess will outshine her she forces her to work as a maid. A magic mirror for years has always advised the Queen she is the fairest of them all when asked.

However, the mirror then says that Snow White is the fairest so the queen sends her packing.  Snow White, fleas for her life where she stumbles upon a cottage which is home to the Dwarfs.

After some confusion, the Dwarfs and the Princess strike up a relationship until a prince finally comes to her aid.

There is everything everyone wants to see in a panto. It features slapstick comedy, it’s behind you, spooks, special effects, popular sing-along songs. It will also feature good old fashioned funfilled family entertainment.

Shows will run each evening from 7.30PM while there is also a Saturday and Sunday matinee at 2.30PM.

Tickets for the shows, which always sell out fast are just £8 adults £6 under 16.
