Your Chance To Speak At Beverley Town Council Annual Meeting

Beverley residents will get their chance to influence policy in the Beverley parish at the Beverley Town Council’s Annual Town Meeting.

The AGM is aimed at residents of the Beverley parish, not the whole geographical area of Beverley. Molescroft and Woodmansey hold their own meetings for residents in their parishes.

The aim of the meeting is for residents to raise issues and discuss matters pertinent to their locality and wider area.

It will take place at the Emmaus Rooms, Minster Parish Rooms, Parish Yard South from 7pm on Monday 23 May.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

1. Mayor’s Introduction
2. Minutes of the Annual Town Meeting held on 21 April 2010
3. Any matters of interest or concern relating to Beverley.

Residents of Beverley Town Council wards, Minster North & South and St Marys East & West wishing to speak at the Annual Town Meeting will need to give their name and address prior to speaking.

To register to speak at the meeting, or to discover if you are eligible to attend, ring 01482 874096 or email clerk@beverley.gov.uk
