Humberside Police are seeking witnesses to a road traffic collision that happened at about 1645hrs on Saturday 21 May on Dog Kennel Lane in Cherry Burton at the junction with Killingwold Graves roundabout.
A Honda CGR 600cc motorcycle, ridden by a 36-year-old Beverley man and a silver coloured car which is believed to be a Vauxhall Astra, were both negotiating the roundabout at the same time when the motorcyclist came off his machine, suffering minor injuries.
The car did not stop at the scene and no registration number was taken.
The motorcyclist sustained a broken finger and other cuts and bruises.
Police would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident or who may have seen the manner in which either vehicle was being driven in the area before the motorcyclist came off his bike.
