Located on Ladygate, Snob Hairdressing Salon opened in May 2009.
Owner Natalie Kerr has 15 years of hairdressing experience and has won awards for her work in the industry.
The Beverley salon caters for all aspects of hairdressing, including special events such as weddings and proms. Snob’s prides itself on providing an excellent personal service to all customers, satisfying their individual needs.
Recently, Snob’s Unisex Hairdressing added a fish spa located on the upper floor, in a tranquil environment where people can enjoy a pedicure courtesy of the Gara Rufa fish.
The Gara Rufa, part of the carp family, are native to the Middle East but are becoming increasingly popular within British salons.
The reason for using this particular species of fish is that they are recognised for their ability to exfoliate, cleanse and soften skin.
Natalie, who has developed a special relationship with the Gara Rufa, says: “The fish have proved to be really popular and they’ve become a part of the team.”
Snob’s also stock a number of products including Joico, Fudge and Tigi, and boast skilled and friendly staff. Natalie also likes to do her bit for the community, offering a 10% discount to NHS employees, members of the armed forces and emergency service people.
Snob’s is open Tuesday through to Saturday, 9am to 5pm, and stays open late on a Thursday night so customers can get their put-ups, colours and perms ready for the weekend.
