Popular Beverley cafe bar Lempicka ushered in a new era at the Wednesday Market venue.
New owners Claire and Drew Strawbridge organised a Christmas open evening to introduce themselves to their loyal customers and officially launch their new Chocolate Shop venture.
The pair have brought in experienced chocolatier Jon Collins to the Wednesday Market shop to create a range of exquisite, hand-crafted chocolates to compliment the already well-established and popular Lempicka Cafe and Lempicka Express businesses.
The evening got under way with chocolate and wine tasting and a free buffet, before the Chocolate Shop was opened by Beverley Mayor Margaret Pinder.
Money was raised for Cancer Research through a raffle on the night, where prizes included a chocolate-making course and a voucher to spend in Lempicka.
