Murray Hills Solicitors Ltd has three branch offices based in Bridlington, Hull and Beverley.
The Beverley office, on Railway Street, has traditionally been known for its conveyancing services but after considering the wishes of their clients, the firm has decided to considerably expand the services the firm offers from the Beverley Office.
Chris Hutchinson, a Solicitor and Director with the firm, and his Assistant Ashley Nixon, have accordingly relocated from the firm’s Bridlington Office to the Beverley Office.
Their general work involves, in particular, advising with regard to Wills and Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
More and more families are having to face the difficulties occasioned by a member of their family suffering serious health problems in later years, and, in particular, dementia. A significant part of the firm’s work will involve assisting individuals facing these problems.
Sometimes the prospect of residential care has to be considered, and the firm will assist individuals and their families to deal with the various legal issues arising from this.
The firm is a supporter of the Alzheimer’s Society because of the excellent work they carry out with families, together with their commitment to funding research to ultimately find a cure for dementia.
The firm has accordingly agreed to offer a concession for members of the public who are referred to them by the Society.
