Popular Wednesday Market restaurant Cosmo’s continue to add to their menus as they bid to build on their burgeoning reputation for quality eating-out in Beverley.
Opened just a year ago by well-known Beverley restauranteur Eyyup Demir, Cosmo’s have proved a popular addition to the Beverley scene, mainly on the back of their flame-grilled, just-as-you-like-it peri-peri chicken.
Cosmo’s has been a hit with diners within Beverley, and has received numerous five-star reviews from the Tripadvisor website from visitors to the town. Hardly surprising, given its location in the busy-yet-relaxed Wednesday Market and so close to the railway station.
Building on the success of their first year, Cosmo’s owner Eyyup Demir has already introduced a range of steaks and burgers to compliment the peri-peri.
Now, new additions to the menu include crispy Cajun calamari, steamed mussels, king prawns and pasta and risotto dishes to bring an Italian twist to the restaurant.
Mr. Demir told HU17.net: “The high ratings and reviews we receive do not mean we charge high prices.
“With sandwiches, available until 4pm, priced from just £6.75, kids meals for just £4.95 and a free loyalty card scheme which guarantees 10 per cent off every visit, as well as exclusive offers and promotions, there’s something to suit all budgets.”
Cosmo’s also boasts a fully-stocked bar, including delicious house-made cocktails, and a tempting range of hot drinks and desserts, for those who prefer a drink or a snack.
A new innovation of Cosmo’s is their ‘tailored’ room hire, which allows the customer major input into whatever they are planning.
Mr. Demir continued: “Guests are welcome to bring their own decorations and can plan their own menu with Cosmo’s help to a budget that suits them. Room hire is free, subject to availability.
