Young racer Jordan Rushby has enjoyed some good pre-season testing in Spain. The 16-year-old Beverley motorcyclist has spent three days testing his Yamaha YZFR6 Superstock bike at the Cartagena race circuit with his new a.l. joinery Racing team.

The East Coast racing team has enjoyed a highly successful Isle of Man TT Races. The team run by Phil Reed owner of East Coast Construction achieved many a top result including finishing in ninth place in the lightweight TT race.
After his first race Rushby got off too a good start moving up to 4th place from his 6th place start off the grid. He managed to keep this position for the full race, earning a front row start in his race.

All three G&S Racing Kawasaki riders completed their respective races at Oulton Park over the Bank Holiday weekend, Tom Fisher a fighting 14th in the Superstock 600 race, Dave Ferns 29th and Dominic Usher 22nd in the Superstock 1000 event.

Ian Watson spring cup road race took place at Scarborough’s at Oliver’s Mount race circuit. The good weather helped to attract a large crowd that was treated to some fine racing.
