Beverley Town Beavers came from a goal down to beat Full Measure at Lecconfield Sports Club. Peter Savage opened the scoring for the visitors on ten minutes; Jon Burnett equalised for Town on the stroke of half time with the winner coming from Alex Thompson with just two minutes remaining in the game.

Beverley Whitestar Falcons beat the Brayton Belles seven nil to move second in the East Riding Girls Football League. Playing that the Beverley Leisure Centre Imogen Wright scored four goals while Lindsay Jordan bagged a hat trick.

Both teams severed up some entertaining football, this was AFC Tickton’s first home game of the season and it did not disappoint. AFC Tickton came back from an early goal to win the first match 2-1, to the delight of the coach.
Despite a difficult start to the season Athletico Promo went into this weekends cup fixture against Beverley Whitestar u20’s with quiet optimism. With progression being shown in both league games this season , Athletico wanted to get their first victory on the board.
