After leading this match 10-4 at the interval the blue and golds suffered a nightmare second half last Saturday at the Leisure Centre in which they were starved of possession and territory.
This was a pleasing performance against a side that only a month ago, Beverley was on the wrong end of a 50 point score line. It ensured the blue and golds passage into the semi-final of the Tom Beautiman Cup
Game day for Beverley Braves and this was probably the biggest game of their careers to date. A large crowd had come to support the youngsters against a top division one Yorkshire side.

Playing their first game at under 12 rules, effectively the full rules of rugby league, the 2013 Beverley Braves under 11s were taught a harsh lesson by a fast and mobile Castleford Panthers.
In appalling conditions with swirling wind and rain the Beverley Braves who are the undefeated side of the Hull and district league played host to top side West Hull currently in Division 1 of the Yorkshire league in a friendly fixture.
West Hull took on their local rivals Hull Dockers in the National Conference League this Saturday. Bragging rights were earned for the boys in green after comprehensive victory that saw the home team score forty points without reply.
The Beverley Braves enjoyed a morning training session with Hull FC’s Mark O’Meley. The Australian who joined Hull FC back in 2010 from the Sydney Roosters took the young players through a series of training drills.
Beverley Braves under 11s rounded off their Hull and District season with a strong performance against East Hull. Both teams made several mistakes with the ball in hand, but this did not take away from an exciting game with lots of good skill on show.
