Beverley Braves under 11s never recovered from a slow start and crashed to 12-28 defeat against Dockers at the Beverley Leisure Centre. The result means Dockers retain the Curly cup played for in memory of Paul ‘Curly’ Quiney
Beverley made the perfect start to the match with an explosive run from prop Harry Bulleyment who brushed the Tigers defence to one side as he powered through with an unstoppable charge between the posts opening the scoring for the Braves.
Hull Kingston Rovers U16s beat the London Broncos 28 – 24 at the MS3 Craven Park this weekend. The match was of particular interest to local Rugby League fans with Joe Wardill of the Beverley Braves

Hull FC U16s hosted the Salford City Reds at Bishop Burton College as the Super Leagues young guns battled it out in the sunshine.
Beverley ARLC went into this fixture with a number of absentees due to work commitments. The two Steve Davidsons were missing as were Adam Norton and Mark Nicholson.
