Max Hall (Ferriby) recently secured victory in the 2024 ProAir British Junior Squash Championship in the Boys Under 9 category, held from October 31 to November 3 in Sheffield.
Cementing his place as a rising star in junior squash, Hall overcame a series of tough opponents to claim the trophy in an intense and dramatic final.

The bank of potential street names for the Parish of Beverley, which is managed by East Riding of Yorkshire Council, currently contains only one suggestion – Thomas Davie, who was the long-serving Medical Superintendent of the former Broadgate Mental Hospital from 1927 to 1954.
