Prizes For Enterprising Young People This Global Entrepreneurship Week

Hull City Council’s Youth Enterprise and Micro Business Team is delighted to once again be partnering with Hull Culture and Leisure, the John Cracknell Youth Enterprise Bank and Engaging Education to celebrate Global Entrepreneurship Week 2022.

Since it was founded 15 years ago, Global Entrepreneurship Week has celebrated and empowered entrepreneurs in every country and community – especially those who face barriers or have never considered starting a business.

Thousands of people across the country participated in Breast Cancer Now's 'Wear it Pink' campaign. Staff did this by wearing pink at Vistry's head office and its Bovis and Linden Homes brands.

Teams in Beverley, East Yorkshire and across Vistry Yorkshire united to add a splash of colour to their working days. This was done to support Breast Cancer Now, a national charity.

Council Updates Champney Road Plans For The New Beverley Hub

It was recently announced that the East Riding of Yorkshire Council would transform the Treasure House in Champney Road, Beverley, into a Beverley Hub, combining several existing council services under one roof.

The £3.3 million scheme includes a new customer service centre and enhanced library, as well as relocating the council’s registration services from Walkergate House.
