A Birds Eye View of Ladies Day
Beverley Racecourse played host to East Yorkshire’s social event of the season, and HU17.net were all over it! Ladies Day Around the Town
Ladies in their thousands descended on Beverley Racecourse today to enjoy Ladies Day at the races today. Standards Rise in East Riding Primary Schools
Pupils across the East Riding have shown improved performance at the end of primary education in English and maths at level four and level five. Lemgo Fire Fighters Visit Defence School of Transport
The Defence School of Transport was visited last week by Fire Fighters and Junior Fire Fighters from Lemgo in Germany along with members of Humberside Fire and Rescue Service from the Beverley Fire Station. The Beverley Leisure Complex is running a series of self defence classes on Thursday nights which cater for all abilities. Eight past and present Spanish students from East Riding College recently visited the Spanish city of Valencia. The part-time students, who studied at the College’s Beverley campus, in Gallows Lane, went to Spain’s third largest city with their tutor Maria Rounding.
