The Tanners started 2010 after a long lay-off when their pitch at the Beverley Leisure Centre became unplayable. Successful Fund-Raising for the FERYO

The Friends of East Riding Youth Orchestras held two very successful fund-raising events in Beverley just before Christmas.  A total of £328 was collected during two hours of busking at the Tesco store on Saturday 18th December, and on Wednesday 22nd December a magnificent total of £1,594 was raised during an all day playing and bag-packing session at Morrisons. Appeal For Witnesses – Incident on the A1174

At 2111hrs on Thursday 16 December 2010 a man was seen driving a silver coloured Volkswagen Golf car along A1174 towards Beverley. Upon seeing police officers in a marked patrol car, the driver of the Golf made off at speed along the A1174 towards Beverley, overtaking numerous vehicles in the process.
