Ferens Art Gallery and Maritime Museum in Hull have welcomed an impressive 21,200 people in just three days, between Friday 13 and Sunday 15 January.

Since opening on Friday, Ferens Art Gallery has attracted over 11,600 visitors, a 1023 per cent increase compared to the same period in 2015 and received more visitors in its first three days compared to the whole of January 2015.

Founded in 2003 to tackle transport needs in Holderness, HART has gone from strength to strength and now has nine vehicles covering the coast from Bempton to Spurn including the market towns of Driffield, Hedon, Withernsea and Hornsea.
