Former World, Olympic, European, Commonwealth and British 400-metre hurdles champion Sally Gunnell joined more than a thousand runners in the McCain Yorkshire Coast 10k road race in Scarborough last Sunday. This year’s Mucky Duck 8½ mile race attracted a record entry and 229 runners completed the challenging multi-terrain course around Driffield last Sunday. For the second year in succession temperatures soared for the Edinburgh Marathon last Sunday.
