Friends Come Together To Raise Cash For Teenage Cancer Trust

On Friday 31st September six friends from Beverley set off from Morcambe on a 170 mile Coast to Coast challenge in order to raise money for the Teenage Cancer Trust (TCT). The idea for the challenge arose from a conversation between Chris Branfield (42) and David Calvert (46) last year.

Beverley Town U15s were beaten by East Riding B at Longcroft School. Beverley dominated the game but were unable to take their chances, apart from a goal Rob Moore. Manager Barry Toynton named centre half Andy McGonnigle as the Man of the Match.
