Beverley AC runner James Pearson, once again made the top 10 in the Askern 10k, near Doncaster, last Wednesday.
There was a great atmosphere in Beverley last Sunday when a record 1240 runners completed the twentieth Hall Construction Beverley 10k.
Hundreds of runners took to the streets of Beverley for the Hall Construction Group Beverley 10K. Runners from clubs across the region and many local people completed the testing course with some brave enough to do it in costumes.
Beverley Athletes were amongst over 400 runners who completed the 13th annual Kirkbymoorside 10k last Sunday. The course was rural and challenging with long, steep hills.
James Pearson of Beverley Athletic Club demonstrated that he is currently on very good form by finishing third overall in the second North Lincolnshire Half-Marathon last Sunday.
One week after the tragic events at The Boston Marathon, 12 Beverley AC members joined more than 35000 runners in the 32nd London Marathon.
