Visitors to Beverley Art Gallery are still enjoying the opportunity to view the popular Open Art exhibition and have also been voting for their favourite piece of artwork on display.
Judges have selected 100 entries to the Capturing the East Riding Photography Competition for exhibition at Beverley Art Gallery next year. Over 730 photographs were entered into the amateur competition and judges were impressed by the quality of the entries, noting the exceptional talent that exists in the East Riding. Deadline dates are fast approaching for the ever popular East Riding Open Art exhibition which is now in its 16th year. Artworks need to be brought to Beverley Art Gallery on 17, 18 and 19 November and interested participants will first need to pick up an application form from the Gallery or have one emailed to them by contacting sally.hayes@eastriding.gov.uk
