Around sixty local darts players came together at the Beverley Conservative Club taking a part in a fund raiser for the N.U.R.S.E. Charity. Local singer-songwriters, the Ragamuffins, will be performing songs from their forthcoming third album on Saturday 28th May 2011 at Beverley’s Conservative Club. Anthony Milner was crowned Champion of Champions at the Beverley Conservative Club. Milner won the title having accumulated the most points through the 2010 calendar year. He also picked up another trophy for finishing second in the ‘Scratch’ competition. Pam Lockyer celebrated her 50th birthday with friends at family at the Beverley Conservative Club. The party was fancy dress, for some, with an 80s theme. An enthusiastic audience enjoyed a charity fashion show at Beverley Conservative Club on Wednesday night.
