The Beverley Cougars faced a tough away match when they travelled to Normandy Barracks to face the Army Wild Dogs, another new basketball team hoping to get some pre-season confidence.
Beverley Cougars is a sport community club that is looking to develop basketball within Beverley and the surrounding areas. We want players of all ages and ability to come to our session and have fun. They welcome players who want to compete and others who are just interested in training.
Girls Only Basketball Sessions are to be held at Beverley Leisure Centre on Saturdays 2 – 3.30pm, beginning 13th November. The club will continue to run on Saturdays 20th & 27th November and 4th December and then into the New Year. Sessions cost £2 per person.
