Burton Bushes

Burton Bushes consists of approximately 26 acres of natural woodland on the western boundary of the pasture. The woodland is a remnant of the primeval forests that once covered the pasture area, and is an indication of what the Westwood looked like in early times before grazing animals and tree felling altered the landscape.
