11 Beverley AC runners recently ventured up to The Lake District for the Annual Club trip to the Coniston 14 lakeside road race.
Beverley AC’s Carla Stansfield convincingly won the women’s race, crossing the line in 42:33, over four minutes in front of the second placed woman and a very strong 12th place overall.

It was a soggy Sunday at Sewerby for the final race of the 2011 / 2012 season of the East Yorkshire XC League.
