Fourteen athletes from Beverley Athletic Club travelled to Bridlington last Sunday for the annual Brid Half. The challenging undulating course takes runners out into the East Yorkshire countryside via Sewerby, Flamborough and Bempton and returns via Sewerby to a finish on the sea front.
