Central 42 owner Eyyup Demir says that his plans to open a new restaurant in the town will help make his family a little bigger. He is set to take a unit formally occupied by the Beverley Gin Bar.
Well know for his hospitality skills, Mr Demir also said he is excited about the new project. His vision is to not only open a restaurant but open the building up for functions.
Central 42 owner Eyyup Demir is warning other business owners in the town to vigilant. His warning comes after a man entered his Saturday Market venue and left without paying.
Mr Demir says that he feels the actions of the individual were intentional. However, he also added that if it was a mistake he is welcome to settle up.
A local chef says he has swapped the town centre for a village pub as he looks to re establish The Star Inn’s reputation as place for high quality dining.
Sean Hanley, formerly of the Mill House Skidby and Central 42 in Beverley says that since taking on The Star Inn in North Dalton response from diners has been very positive.

Situated in the very centre of Beverley on Saturday Market, Central 42 is fast approaching what has been a successful year, with visitors to the town playing a key part in that success.
