Bus company East Yorkshire has announced that from Sunday 19 September it will be temporarily reducing some timetables in Hull & Beverley in the face of the nationwide bus driver shortage.
Along with many other industries, bus operators across the country are experiencing a shortage of staff, leaving the company with not enough drivers to operate routes each day.
Humberside Police are teaming up with pubs and clubs throughout the area to raise awareness in the implications and dangers of young people using other people’s ID or bogus ID.
This follows reports from licensed premises that young people are increasingly trying to enter using fraudulent using passports or driving licences – often belonging to older siblings or older friends.
