Mill Lane United showed off their impressive strength and depth. Beverley’s oldest football team was out in force at the Norwood Recreation Ground for their annual presentation night. The club had invited the Mayor of Beverley, Bessie Foot and Les Ford of the Beverley Lions. Molescroft FC Presentation & BBQ

Molescroft FC enjoyed a great end-of-season fundraiser at the Norwood Recreation Ground. Eight teams of five were created from the under-13s, under-14s and under-15s, who battled through group stages for the chance to play a team of managers and coaches. Football Marathon Raises £900

Students and staff from East Riding College have raised more than £900 for charity by taking part in a 12-hour football marathon. Twenty-seven players in four teams kicked off at 9am yesterday at the all-weather pitch at Longcroft School and Performing Arts College, in Burton Road, Beverley, and the final whistle blew at 9pm.
