The Market Cross Christmas Lights and Christmas Tree will once again be provided by the Beverley Lions Club when almost 5000 lights will be switched on at 6-15pm on Friday 30th November.
Thousands of people came to the Beverley Westwood to enjoy a giant bonfire and fireworks display organised by the Beverley Lions. The fire was lit by the Mayor of Beverley Margaret Pinder, Laura Fox and Geoff Rawson.
Beverley Lions Club will be providing their annual bonfire and fireworks display on the Beverley Westwood this coming Monday, 5th November 2012.
Lion Geoff Rawson has taken over the Presidency of Beverley Lions Club, for 2012/2013.He received the presidential chain of office from the out-going president Lion Paul James at recent hand-over.
