Taking over from Councillor Jonathan Owen, Councillor Handley becomes just the fourth leader in the council’s 27-year history.

The Changing Face of Substance Use is the focus of the fifth annual Recovery College conference on Friday 4 October at The Courtyard in Goole, which brings together leading experts in the field of recovery from drugs and alcohol.

From Sunday 1 September 2019 local bus company East Yorkshire will be running more early morning services.
