Beverley Racecourse kicked off their 2012 season with Spring into Racing. Despite the poor wet weather some race goers braved the elements to enjoy an afternoon of racing.
David Simmonson had a lucky escape at Beverley Races. On board Aygous in 5pm Yorkshire Racing Summer Festival Starts Saturday Handicap Stakes, Simmonson was thrown his off his mount out of the stalls as Aygous lost his footing.
