Local Teacher Completes Parliament Ambassador Programme

In February this year, Graham Stuart, MP for Beverley and Holderness, wrote to all schools in his constituency encouraging teachers to attend the UK Parliament Teacher Ambassador Programme.

Natalie Redpath, a teacher from Cherry Burton C o E Primary School, was successful in her application and she returns to the constituency with advanced knowledge of our political institutions following this unique course which ran from 1 to 3 July.

Additional Services To Beverley Announced For Hull Trains After Approval Granted

Hull Trains will be running two further services to and from Cottingham and Beverley after approval was granted by the Office of Rail and Road.

In addition to the 06:00 service from Beverley and the 18:48 service from London King’s Cross, Hull Trains will now extend its journey to and from Beverley on the 08:23 service from Hull and the 15:48 service from London King’s Cross.

The first AFVBC was established in 2007 by Dereck Hardman and since 2014 has been growing to hundreds of associated clubs across the world.
