Four members of Beverley Athletic Club were among six thousand runners at the Abbey Dash 10k road race in Leeds last Sunday.  Competing against a field of top class runners, celebrities and fundraisers, all four Beverley runners had cause for celebration at the end of the race. Beverley Athletic Club hosted the second race in this season’s East Yorkshire Cross Country League at Drewton Woods near South Cave last Sunday.  Conditions were perfect – mild with sunshine and a reasonable amount of mud.
