A couple who retired and relocated from Lancashire to be closer to their grown up children in Hull, say they have made a positive move into Hull City Centre.
Dr Pranab Sarkar and his wife, Ratna are new residents at The Glass House in Queen’s Gardens.
It is a special development in Hull’s residential regeneration which takes city-centre living to another level and after four years under construction, The Glass House in Queen’s Gardens is complete.
Residents are moving into the apartments and penthouses which will bring at least two-hundred and fifty people to live in the city centre.
Hull-based personal trainers and fitness instructors are invited to set up classes for residents of The Glass House at the onsite gym.
Iguana Developments converted the former Police Station in Queen’s Gardens into ninety-four apartments and penthouses which are due for completion within the coming weeks.
Construction has restarted at Hull’s unique apartment complex in Queen’s Garden and following site closure due to COVID-19, The Glass House is said to be back on track for summer completion.
As part of the initial measures to gently ease restrictions, prospective buyers can now also view properties accompanied by estate agents.
