Two Major Milestones For Swanland Site Manager

A Redrow site manager will build his 500th home while in charge of its East Riding development, Swanland Heights.  It also marks his 20th year of site management.

Paul Douglass, a previous winner of Site Manager of the Year for Redrow in Yorkshire, is currently overseeing the build of 56 new homes at Swanland Heights, in the village of Swanland.

Clock Tower Cafe At Sewerby Now Open To Visitors

After nearly three months of intensive work, the Clock Tower Café at Sewerby Hall and Gardens is scheduled to re-open to visitors on Saturday, 18 February 2017.

Contractors from William Birch and Sons have been onsite carrying out important structural work to the tower of the café and have completely refurbished the iconic structure replacing joinery, stonework and lead as appropriate.
